FAQ


Are the chairs delivered in one piece or they must be assembled?
The chairs are delivered in one piece and no assembly is required.

Can chairs be ordered in other coulours than the ones available in the shop?
Of course, it is possible. Please contact us at: lili@lililiving.com. The fabric NATURAL comes in over 1000 colours. Samples of colours are available on request. Furniture in these colours can be made on Customer’s request. The cost and delivery time are determined on the case-by-case basis.

Can I call you if I have additional questions?
Of course, we will be glad to assist you and provide you with all additional information. Please call us at:+48 574 188 274 between 10:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Can I pick up the goods in person?
Unfortunately, at present there is no such option available.

How will I know when the package is going to be delivered?
The packages are shipped by means of the telephone delivery notification service. This means that the courier is obliged to call you before delivering the package.

What do I do if the product delivered is damaged?
Should you have any concerns regarding the product condition or the volume of ordered products, please complete and sign the Damage Report in the presence of the courier. The Damage Report must contain the date and time of delivery, and the description of all damage and defects. Product replacements can only take place based on the completed Damage Report. If any damage or defects are spotted later, please contact the delivery company to schedule the completion of the Damage Report. All claims must be be submitted within 10 days since the delivery of the package. After this time, claims regarding product defects will be rejected. After receiving the Damage Report, damaged or incomplete products will be replaced for new products free of defects, or, if a new, free of defects product is unavailable, a full purchase price will be refunded to the Customer, or a new alternative product available in our shop will be offered as a replacement.

How do I make a claim?
A Damage Report, signed and completed in the presence of the courier, must be sent back together with the damaged product and claim form to the following address: Lili Living Mickiewicza st 69 Warsaw Poland, no later than within 10 days from the date of the package receipt. All complaints shall be processed within 14 business days, counted from the date of the receipt of product. We will refund all shipping costs after receiving the package and approving the claim. Costs of unjustified claims will be covered by the Purchaser.

Are your products covered by warranty?
Our products have a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
