RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Pursuant to Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Law, June 24, 2014), a Consumer who entered into a distance contract or an off-premises contract may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the product has not been used or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. This provision does not apply to the custom made products. A completed Return Form and an original invoice must be attached with the product. We will make a full refund equal the product purchase price within no more than14 days from the day of receipt of products in our shop, to the Consumer’s bank account specified in the Return Form. The cost of the product return is not refundable.

Should the product delivered to the Customer contain any technical defects, or damage incurred during transportation, the customer must complete and sign the Damage Report in the presence of the courier, stating the date and time of delivery and the description of the damage or defects.
The defective or damaged product must be sent back with the Damage Report completed and attached, to the following address: Lili Living Mickiewicza st 69 Warsaw POLAND, after contacting the shop to schedule the pickup service. The shipping costs will be refunded after the receipt of the product and accepting the claim All claims will be processed no longer than within 14 business days from the date of the receipt. The Customer will be informed by phone or email about our decision related to the claim. In case the claim is approved, the damaged product will be immediately replaced with the new, free of defects product, or should a new, free of defects product be unavailable, a full amount equal the purchase price will be refunded to the Customer, or an alternative product, currently available in the shop, will be offered as a replacement.
